Faris Haddad Data & AI · Manchester, UK Bridging AI's promise and enterprise reality.
I'm an AI value strategist and Technical Lead for Partner Growth & Strategy at AWS, working in Data & AI. Over 25 years I've worked at the point where AI's promise meets what an enterprise can actually deliver, the last several co-delivering consultancy engagements for Fortune 100 and FTSE 100 clients.
My work runs the full journey: setting AI strategy and proving its value to CFO, COO and Board-level stakeholders, then designing the governed architectures, specialist accelerators and synthetic-data techniques that get it into production. I build the repeatable pieces, value frameworks, solution catalogues, financial-impact models and delivery playbooks, that make that journey work more than once, and I've originated and shaped deals worth $5M–50M+ ARR.
Recent engagements include a Board-endorsed multi-year AI transformation roadmap for NXP Semiconductors, CFO-level value models for BEC and BankData in Denmark, and diagnostics-booking architecture for NHS England at the scale of 1.5 billion tests a year. I write here about what I learn doing the work.
